We strive to make sure your mural arrives at your home or business in the same condition it leaves our facility. Prior to shipping, all murals are quality inspected, carefully rolled, and packaged inside a hard shipping tube for protection.

International Shipping

All international orders are subject to additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs office and will be paid by the customer at the time of clearance.

ABOUT SHIPPING
- Standard mural orders are custom printed typically within 2 to 3 business days of receipt.
- Mural orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx. However, we will choose the best option to your specific location. Swatch requests are mailed through the US Postal Service via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.
- Orders in excess of $500 will automatically require signature at time of delivery. You are responsible for contacting us to let us know if no one will be available to receive and sign for the package. We can hold shipment until a later date or change to an acceptable shipping address where the package can be safely received. Otherwise, if no one is available to sign for the package at time of delivery, RE-DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY. The carrier will typically make 2 or 3 attempts then return the package to us for an additional fee. This also applies to orders that are returned as "undeliverable" should you be in the process of moving or relocating.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and verified shipping address to ensure delivery of your package. We are not responsible for misdirected or returned shipments due to customer error. Re-delivery charges will apply. This also applies to orders that are returned as "undeliverable" should you be in the process of moving or relocating.
- If your mail is delivered to a PO Box at your local USPS facility, be sure to include your PO Box address in addition to your physical address in the appropriate fields when checking out.
- When possible, we recommend shipping to a secure location as opposed to an address that no one is available to receive the shipment.
- In the rare event a package arrives damaged, please contact us by email or call 877-448-7295 to report the problem prior to installation.
