Visitor Personal Information
We do not collect personal information from visitors unless they provide it to us voluntarily through this website or by phone. Unless you place an order or fill out our contact form, we will not have access to any of your personal information. We do collect anonymous user data from our visitors such as their internet service provider and what pages were viewed, but nothing that would identify who you are or how to contact you. We collect this information for Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting and Remarketing with Google Analytics so that with the assistance of our internet marketing agents and other service providers we can continue to improve our website, our advertisements, and offer a better experience to our visitors.
When placing an order, of course, it will be necessary for you to provide your personal information. This will include your name, address and phone number. Any information you provide is then stored in a secured location to ensure the highest degree of confidentiality and privacy.
As pertains to GDPR compliance, this visitor usage data may include your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your usage. The source of the usage data is Google Analytics and it may be analyzed in order to better serve you. The legal basis for this processing is a combination of consent (acceptance of cookies) and/or our legitimate business interests in monitoring and improving our website, products and services.
Customer Personal Information
When you buy items from our website or by phone, your name is added to our list of customers. We will not sell or share your email address or personal information with anyone other than the trusted and secure data processing vendors we use to process credit cards, send emails, and otherwise serve our customers. Your information will never be given to third parties for their own sales, marketing or other business purposes, period.
Note that we take security so seriously, we don’t even store your credit card information. Only the last four digits are retained so that you can track your own purchase activity.
We use your email address to send you transactional emails when you place an order or request a sample or other information from us.
We use your email address to send you special offers related to your shopping behavior. The bottom of each of these emails provides you with a link to this Privacy Policy and an easy method of unsubscribing from those marketing emails.
We use your email address to send out newsletters to which you have subscribed. If you have never subscribed to our newsletter, you will not receive these emails. In order to combat spam and prevent other parties from signing you up for these newsletters without your permission, we use a double opt-in process that requires you to respond to a newsletter confirmation email before your newsletter registration is activated. The bottom of each newsletter provides you with a link to this Privacy Policy and an easy method of unsubscribing from our newsletter.
In addition to following the unsubscribe links at the bottom of our emails and newsletters, you may also email us at help@magicmurals.com, reach us at our Contact Us page, call us at (877) 448-7295, or mail us at Magic Murals, LLC, P.O.
