We do not collect personal information from visitors unless they provide it to us voluntarily through this website or by phone. When placing an order, of course, it will be necessary for you to provide your personal information. This will include your name, address and phone number. Any information you provide is then stored in a secured location to ensure the highest degree of confidentiality and privacy.

When you buy items from our website or by phone, your name is added to our list of customers. Note that we take security so seriously, we don’t even store your credit card information. Only the last four digits are retained so that you can track your own purchase activity.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

If you have an active account with us, you can also edit that information or delete that account yourself by logging into it and selecting those options.

As stated above, newsletter registrations require you to respond to a confirmation email before be added to our newsletter list. If at any time you wish to rescind these permissions, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter and/or other marketing emails via the link found at the bottom of all such emails.
3. You have the right to be informed within 72 hours of any material breach in security regarding the unauthorized access of your personal information. (We’d comply with this even if it weren’t required.)
4. You have the right to know how long we will hold onto your personal data. To that regard, we’ll hold onto your data only for as long as you allow us to, for as long as is reasonably necessary to serve you, or until such data is no longer required for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
5. You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection if you believe that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws to which you are subject. EU citizens may do so in the EU member state of their residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
6. You have a right to require that all of our employees who have access to your data have been properly vetted and trained in how to comply with these regulations. (Yes – we have).
