If loading multiple files for multiple murals, please provide mural measurements and corresponding filename so we can properly assess the images for the best output. Once you submit this form, we will receive an email with your image(s). We will get back to you once we have reviewed your file(s) with digital proofs and any remaining questions we may have regarding your project. If you already know the material you want for your mural(s), please include and we can provide price quote as well.

For files larger than 512mb or when wanting to send multiple files at one time via a zipped folder (for multiple murals, collages, etc.), we recommend using one of the following methods:

Using WeTransfer (preferred)
This site is easy to use and FREE for sending files under 2GB at this time. Simply follow the prompts in the "Upload files" box on their website --
1. Add your files.
2. Enter our email address (help@magicmurals.com).
3. Enter YOUR email address.
4. Under "Message", enter any project details you’d like us to know.
It’s helpful to include your intended mural print size. This allows us to check resolution based on your output size needs.
Also, include your desired material if you already know so we can include price quote for project as well.
5. Click "Transfer" button.
It may take a few minutes to send (depending on your file size). Both you and Magic Murals will receive an email with a link indicating the file is available for download. You will also receive a 2nd email notifying you once we have downloaded the file(s).
If you have not heard back from us in 1 business day, please email (help@magicmurals.com) letting us know you provided files for an order via WeTransfer.com in case it did not come through to us.
Using Dropbox (dropbox@magicmurals.com)
If you prefer to send via Dropbox, please use email address dropbox@magicmurals.com.
Please ensure any permissions needed to access file/folders have been enabled/allowed to save time.

Pricing details
Knowing your mural size and material allows us to reply back with quick digital proofs and pricing since our prices are based on material selection and square foot size.
Overprint/Bleed Questions?
If you have included overprint in your requested Mural Print Size dimensions and print file(s), please let us know.
If you’re unsure about overprint, let us know your wall size and we can provide our recommendation. Know your artwork may have to be reworked or edited to accommodate so keep that in mind when creating your mural file(s).
Add text/logo to mural
We have graphic designers that can help bring your vision to life. Want your logo added to one of our images or your favorite quote? We can help. Knowing up front any specifics/requirements you may have will help cut down on design time and fees for your project. (ex. fonts, colors, Pantones, placement of text/logo on the mural(s))
Do you contour cut?
Need your mural contour cut? No problem!
Preferred: vector format (EPS, PDF, AI, SVG) with either all text converted to outlines -OR- ALL font files provided.
