About Jennifer Holbrook

Jennifer Holbrook is a freelance surface pattern and textile designer who works by hand and with Photoshop and Illustrator. Every piece starts with a story in mind that becomes a pattern or an engineered design. She particularly loves animals and nature, which is often reflected in her work. Her interest in design goes back to childhood when she would gaze at the wallpaper and fabric in her grandparents' house, tracing the patterns and telling stories to herself about what was happening with the patterns and motifs.  That interest grew and ultimately led to her becoming a designer.
