Curious About Installation?

One of the most common concerns of our customers is just how simple is installation? We've gone to great lengths to test and retest mural materials, our QuikStik and UltraSik materials have both been selected based on their ease of installation. We provide detailed step-by-step instructions that make installing your new Magic Mural an absolute breeze. Shipping Information

We offer free shipping vie FedEx Standard Ground Service on all domestic orders being delievered within the contiguous 48 states. If you require faster delivery, we offer Expedited Service options that are available for a fee. Refer to our shipping page for more detailed information about shipping services and options.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new Magic Mural and guarantee every mural we sell. If you receive one of our murals that needs to be returned to us, we ask that you first contact us to explain the reason for the return and for the return shipping address. You may contact us via e-mail at service@magicmurals.com or by phone at 1-877-448-7295. If your order has been damaged while in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Custom Wall Murals: Custom mural orders cannot be returned for a refund. Should we receive an order with your custom image that does not meet our minimum quality standard for image resolution, we will notify you in advance of production and refund your order at your request. Additionally, orders we receive for a custom size mural to fit a specific wall dimension, cannot be returned if ordered incorrectly. However, if we make a mistake and send the wrong size, we will gladly replace the mural for the correct size and ship it to you free of charge.

Selecting the Right Mural Material: Our mural materials work very well when ordered for the appropriate wall surface. Please be sure and read the Compare Materials information before choosing the right material for your wall surface. We cannot accept returns for orders if you choose the wrong material. We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution. Please contact us in advance for recommendations if you have any questions about our materials and your wall surface.
